How We Work
1. Contact us through your doctor, if possible. This way he/she can give us valuable information about you and allow us to manage your medical problems better.
2. You can also contact us directly in an emergency or when your doctor is not available.
3. We will respond as quickly as we can for emergency requests. For non-emergencies, you can either call or email us to arrange for an appointment.
4. During the home-visit, we always carry emergency medications, including injections and nebulized medication (asthma) for immediate treatment.
5. We can also do simple investigations on the spot. Blood and urine for further investigations can also be taken if necessary.
6. If you require subsequent follow-up or review by your doctor, we will communicate with him/her to ensure continuity of care.
