FAQs

1.    How fast can I expect a response from the Housecall GP in an emergency?
Response times will vary with traffic conditions and whether our doctors are attending to other patients; we will give an estimate of the response time on receiving your call. As our doctors are based in the eastern and central sector of Singapore, home-visits to these locations are usually faster (within 30 minutes).

2.    Do the consultation charges include the cost of medications and procedures?
A prescription will be issued to you so that you can obtain these medications at a pharmacy.

3.    What if I need medications that are not carried during the home-visit?
We can arrange for delivery of these medications to you home or we can write you a prescription so that you can obtain these medications from a pharmacy.

4.    Does the Housecall GP have a clinic premises?
We see patients in their own homes and therefore do not have a clinic premises. However, we do have an administrative office that is co-located together with one of our clinical partners.
